		<description>We have a great healthcare system, but it is too expensive.  One solution is to make the patient the customer not the government or insurance companies. 
We could have medical savings accounts with a very high deductible insurance policies. 
We need to get the government and insurance companies out of the Dr.&#039;s office, hospitals, etc.
They require too much useless paper work and interfere with the doctor-patient relationship.  
There are many good free market solutions to high costs.
Competition is the best regulator. I want to thank Dr. Smith for his efforts to improve quality and lower prices</description>
